“Ms. Connie has been the constant person in our office. She has taken on extra duties while the SAA has been on leave and without a senior office tech for couple of months during the school year. Through all of the instability, she has been meeting her deadlines to ensure families are timely reminded and invited to IEPs, 504 meetings. She brightens our office with her loving smile. She has great relationships with all stakeholders (families, students, staff, mail carriers, delivery personnel, etc.) She is Dearborn’s TRUE hero.”
